Thank you all for your comments.
I have tried with a different Laptop,Keyboard, check the settings and
everything seems fine.
I use the same console cable for the configuration of my other switches,
routers, Access points with out a hitch.
I even have SecureCRT 5.5 running which work well my other device
except this switch 3750
