match vlan command missing on the 3560 switch

Hi All,

 I am trying to do per port/per vlan classification on the 3560 switch
running advanced ip services feature set.But the command "match vlan " is
not available for configuration.

I have enabled "mls qos" globally.

Do I need to enable any other CLI to activate the command or do I need any
other feature set to get this feature working.
