I haven't heard that any QUALIFIED CCIE in Dubai is paid less than 7K in US as
full package. The issue here is not money. If you have a CCIE that doesn't
mean you will get the highest pay. Some technical interviews can really show
how strong your are in the technologies. I have some friends over there
(CCIEs) and they told me that your salary is mostly based on how long have you
been a CCIE as well. So if you are a new CCIE then you salary won't be as a 5
years old CCIE. They start counting your experience from the year you got your
CCIE and so on...
