For me, part of that getting overwhelmed was cramming, being busy and
running out of time.
I made it a point that I would be done with EVERYTHING 2 weeks prior to
taking the lab. I bled over a little but had over a week to just relax and
calmly review. And by relax, that includes getting normal sleep and on a
normal eating schedule.
This was one of the top 3 items that put me over the top...not studying 2
more hours of a certain technology.

I have heard from people that most people get overwhelmed during their first
attempt and thats one of the major reason of not clearing in first attempt.
I understand that strategy differs from individual to individual but what
should be a best practice followed during ccie-lab?
