Lab payment: Is Cisco always this slow?

Hi guys,

I paid for the lab via CC around 2 months ago. It's been 10 days since the
payment due date and still my card isn't charged for the lab, and payment
status shows 'Pending Approval' on the site. I tried to contact support for
the status, but they've not replied for over a week now.

Is cisco always this slow with payment processing or am I being paranoid?

Anybody else had same issues with lab payments?
