Hi Abdul,
In lock and key access-list, the dynamic access-list entry is
basically the hole u punch (dynamically ofcourse, after you have
successfully authenticated with the device on which its been
configured).
So when you configure dynamic ACL, you block what you want to block,
but then what you want to do is dynamically open certain traffic
whenever you successfully authenticate with the device. Thats your
dynamic ACL.
Play around with it and you shall have a feel of what it actually does
I am sure.
