They are in the IP Application Services command reference.
These do not seem to be so prominent in the IP Application Services
configuration guide anymore. The text is in the full pdf but the web
page no longer includes a link to the "First Hop Redundancy Protocols"
on the side panel (so I guess you have no choice but to download the pdf).
The full master command lists have also been removed from the Master
Indexes page as well.
