Gary,
  On the page you used to download the mock lab there is a note in red
that says "When the PDF opens enter your email address as the PDF
password". As far as the initial configurations go they are already
loaded on your rack. We make them available in case someone wants to
redo a mock lab on their own. Also there is a support engineer
available if you have any questions like this by using the Active Rack
system that is outlined in your access email.
