Hi
Etherchannel will take care of the load balancing over the multiple links.
It will also take care of the redundancy as it will just remove and links
that have failed from the channel.

it means that you must configure:

* dot1q trunk beetwen the switches
* and etherchannel

for exemple in switche n01

   conf t
              int range fast 0/19 - 20
                    switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
                    switchport mode trunk
                    channel group 1 mode on
