For the second protocol, I think an etherchannel LACP fits the question.

For the first one.. I think a dot1q..??? do you agree??

both of them are IEEE, by a dot1q you pass the vlans between switches, and
by an etherchannel you provide increasebandwidth and efficient utilization
of the links and make sure
fault-toleranceand load-balance.
