Web-recorder to record CoD's from Internetwork Expert

Hi Guys,

 

I was trying to record the CoD's from the Web for future reference. I tried
with 'Snagit 8.2.3" recorder which creates Video file in *.AVI format but
the file size is reaching to more than 1GB for around 1 hour recording. Most
of the time screen is idle like at the time of presentation but it
seamlessly recording which caused the size of the file.

 

Can someone point me to a Web recorder, thru there if the size of the
created file can be reduced.

 

I appreciate any inputs.
