I would say this, if you are looking for more stability AVAYA is good. But
if you think of ease of managing things CISCO is better since there are many
engineers trained to do this. I may be wrong. I worked for a partner company
before.. Call centres Cisco was a nightmare...that is if you kind of want to
keep growing and adding new features..not so recommended.. So AVAYA wins in
that case. Now for enterprise networks.. Cisco and AVAYA deployments both
are reasonably okay i believe...I don't think there is much difference
there..
