Troubleshooting during Lab

Hi there,

I came to know from one of my friend that during lab proctor was
changing the things he just configured.

Is it true? Does proctor can touch your lab during the 8hrs bracket
without intimation?

As far as I know, troubleshooting is included in initial configuration
and that's all.

Please do let me know your experience and comments.

Keep NDA in mind. I don't want to know what problems someone had in Lab
but just want to clear is it true and how we could handle it in Lab

Yeah.........Can we block Proctor access on Telnet ??????
