OT: Way to find which MIB attributes changes

Hi,

Is there a way to find which MIB attributes changed without doing full MIB
walks? In some equipment I work with, there's a special MIB attribute that
contains the date of the last change. On some other equipment this evolved
to a tree that contains the MIB attributes that changed. Is there something
similar in Cisco's products?
