Abdul,

This this way. Do you really need an IGP to run BGP? The answer is no. You
can use static routes instead. So, I think that clears about your same IGP
query.

In your scenario, you haven't mentioned about peering bet ween R1 and R3
which are in AS200. The rule for IGP is: MUST have full mesh peer relation
ship among them, other wise route-reflectors and/or confederation must be
used.

There is something fundamentally wrong or incomplete the scenario you have
provided. Please give the full details, and we would be able to help you.
