OK, Per Cisco's Certification agreement, you have to be 13 or older w/
Parental consent. You have to be 18 with out consent. This is according to
the Certifications agreement version 10. I believe Version 7-9 was 18, but
not sure about that one.
This is straight from the Certifications Version 10 agreement:
"YOU HEREBY REPRESENT TO CISCO THAT YOU: (1) HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE
TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT; AND (2) ARE THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CISCO IS RELYING UPON SUCH REPRESENTATIONS IN GRANTING
CERTIFICATION.
FOR USE BY CERTIFICATION CANDIDATES NOT DELIVERING THIS AGREEMENT
ELECTRONICALLY. CERTIFICATION CANDIDATES SUBMITTING THIS AGREEMENT VIA
FACSIMILE TRANSMISSION OR MAIL SHOULD SIGN BELOW AS INDICATED. "
