RTBH is Remote Triggered Black Hole.

Now, one does need to wonder, if you are asking about "how many" static
routes you can have, just how many do you NEED to have???

The ending answer is that it will depend on how much memory there is in your
router, but (I certainly hope!) the number of routes you can have SHOULD
exceed your patience for typing in and maintaining all of those obnoxious
creatures!

Yes as Jim said. It's on the edge with plenty of nets. As I mentioned No
need to calculate Routing for all those all are static...

Jim how was your router? it still work fine right? and What RTBH stand for?

Well Scalability and Managibility yes think so but we can manage it through
another way with less calculation overhead though...
