Hi Rich,
It was an access port on vlan 58. As it was the original config. EIGRP
neighbor was formed. Everything was OK. I just did not get points for the task
because per the grader it should be an routed port instead of an access port.
That's why I am seeking clarification. Was it my problem or it can be viewed
at a different angle.

For part#3 do you think it was possible to make Fa0/20 an access vlan port
(VLAN 58)? In that case you are not removing the ip address from the SVI and
almost match the diagram.
