See, the problem with these kinda scenarios is that the (mis)behaviour
is not seen in real time. It might take some time before the routing
table of SW1 changes the routes (pointing to the wrong ones).

I have been through certain IE labs where the routing tables of
routers stabilizes because of the order in which you have done the
redistribution, which is just by chance and hence you would be lucky
(or not) not to see the problem at all.

Suddenly, at some point you clear the routing table of one of your
routers in the network and eureka!! (or not! :) ) you see the problem
of the instability come forward.

If not specifically told to do so, I hardly tag and block routes. I
would prefer messing about with AD than this because of flexibility,
but I guess it comes down to individual preferences.
