Follow your heart.

If you change your mind later, the CCIE program will be here waiting for
you.

Subject: CCIE Doubts

Hi Group

I am at a crossroads. I have been in this field for over 10 years, have a
good job but am not motivated to go further. I am a CCNP, CISSP, held the
positions of consultant, Infosec Officer and currently work for a
large(global) tech company.
I had passed the CCIE written 2 years ago, made an attempt last year but was
under prepared. Since then I have attempted to pick up my studies again but
after a couple of weeks I don't continue with them.

I feel both challenged and bored at the same time, if that makes sense. The
CCIE is highly valued by my organization but the problem is I dont feel like
I want to continue on in this field. I know I'm not the only one who has
felt this way so what I am looking for is a way to kickstart myself....any
suggestions?

Thanks
