Hello,
Someone posted an example where nat-pt was dropping every other packet. I had this same problem and resolved it by turning off cef (no ip cef) on the NAT-PT router. It was kind of a fluke, I was testing a constant ping (every other ping was timing out) and I thought turning off cef would help my debugging...and voila...every ping spit right on through. Hope that helps anyone with the same problem.
