I think, It depends... for example in a lab where you dont have the same as
numer present eveywhere within the topology, it does not affect.
But In the reald world scenario, or in a lab topology, where you have
present in any side of the topology the as number you prepend, It is
possible for that AS to discard those routes prepended, because it sees its
own as number present in the route, and finally you would have reachability
issues.
so I think it is recommended to add the keyword "no-prepend"
