Ronnie. The same issue happened to me.. thats what Im now using gmail, Paul
helped me troubleshooting what is going on with my emails... It seems
hotmail is blocking emails from groupstudy. I send email to hotmail support
havin no response from them.
I recommend you open a gmail account.
