Oh, wait... here is some good news...
One of my clients is a power plant holing firm.
My other bigger client is a futures/options trading company...
ENERGY IS RED HOT. ENERGY FUTURES is EVEN HOTTER! ENERGY PRICES are going to
SOAR!
That went over my head Tony (you being in CHICAGO).
Chicago is home to MANY futures/options heavy weights, most notably the
juggernaut CME...
Where do you think all the $$$ in the United States is heading if not in
$1.2 Million Sub-prime mortgage's for pizza delivery guys?
Into $200-$300 a Barrel crude oil by 2009 to power the oil fiefdoms of
Nigeria, Russia, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Iran
Makes sense...

No signs of slowing at this point in Chicago.
There are TONS of projects going on. Turning away/referring business. And
I'm not a voice guy...which is hotter.
His view is specific to an industry and/or one or more bank. There are many
other industries in our great economy.
Also note, my view is primarily from the partner side although I have some
friends in low places. :)

Tony.
From what Joe says he sees contracting taking something of a hit. From your
perspective you say you are seeing the partners continuing to hire. Do you
anticipate any layoffs or downturn on the partner side of things in the
foreseeable or is it just business as usual so far as they are concerned and
as far as you know?
Again I appreciate you have no crystal ball, just like Joe.
(Does anybody know where you can get one of those things?)
Gary
