I have just checked the book and excercie and I must say, that is just
additional config that doesnt achieve anything.

So you have many DLCIs on the main interface and no IP address
configured on the main interface, and then there is a p2p sub
interface to which an IP address and one of the DLCIs has been
assigned to.

Really, doing a no inv arp on the main interface doesnt do anything
for you in this scenario.

Lab it up and see to clear any doubt. If you find anything, please
keep us posted.
