I had the same issue today.
In fact I bought two mock labs for $99 in Dec. I then chatted with one
of their Customer executive and got confirmation that in case I
reschedule this lab in future after Dec 31st (Dec 31st was the last date
of discount offer), I will not have to pay extra.
Anyways, I rescheduled both the labs and paid extra amount (approx $60).
But today, I got email that my labs have been dropped due to conflict
with someone else.
Looks to me some technical issue.

Subject: InternetworkExpert Mock Labs - Refunded Tokens don't tally
Hi,
Does anyone bought InternetworkExpert Mock Labs at 99 tokens and the
tokens are being refunded?
I personally bought 4 x 99 tokens for 4 mock labs. I receive 4 emails
from InterneworkExpert that there is a conflict and hence tokens are all
refunded (Not payment).
That's still fine.
The worst part is when I reschedule for the mock labs, now it cost 129
tokens per mock lab.
My question is does anyone out there experience the same issue? I
thought it suppose to refund 129 tokens per mock lab (Due to conflict or
etc reasons).
If not, 4 x 99 = 396 tokens could only have 3 x 129 = 387 tokens, just
enough for 3 mock labs currently instead of the previously intended to
buy tokens for 4 mock labs.
Maybe, I did miss out IE disclaimer regarding price increment or others.
Hope someone could stand out to explain this.
Thanks!
Regards,
Ron
