MPLS enabled Applications is by far the best book I have seen on MPLS overall, but it's not a good introductory text. I would recommend this as the last book you read during your lab preparation. It will help to solidify all the theoretical and practical information you have accumulated in your preparation. You can also find my recommended list here:
