in the original question there is no scenario what so ever, only a question
what is the difference between the commands, as an engineer I answer to what
I was asked and not to what I think I was asked, so there is a difference
between the 2 commands and with the scenario I given it is explaining how
this commands are different. the question ask if the command are the same so
the simple answer is no they are not. the more accurate answer also explain
why and how they are not the same, you can always try to find why they can
be the same but they are not!
