Hi Dave,

sorry for replying late, i was busy with some stuff. The 88xx are very
powerfulll and high capacity MPLS switches. Also Tellabs claims that they
support all the services those are possible with MPLS. As they have Mr.
Andrew g Malis and other telented pioneers who wrote IETF draft for MPLS.

   - CLI is very easy, its the mirror of cisco IOS cli
   - The things which they say differs form other is the hard QOS. Which
   is categorizing traffic in the back plane even. They have ATM Cos CBR,
   RTVB,NRTVBR and UBR in the back plane.
   - They have the TAC in Finland.
   - There is document cd accompanying the switch packing.

i can send you vendor comparison which is of 2005 bit old , it compare the
cisco, nortel , juniper and tellabs 8800. Also let me check if can send you
the manuals.i will unicast to you.
