I personally wouldn't bother with the lower certs again - not to belittle
their value as they certainly helped hone my skills as my career progressed.
I'd go straight for the IE if I were in your shoes.

My CCIE certification has expired completely including the lab. I would like
to renew, I was wondering if anyone has renewed after both written and lab
have expired. Would you want to start back at CCNA go through CCNP again and
CCIE or would you start at the CCIE written exam?
