TCP Intercept - Any conflict of requirement in this task?

Hi Group,

I'd like to know if there is a conflict of requirement in the following
tasks:

- Configure R4 to be a proxy for all TCP sessions initiated to this server.
- R4 should send a reset for any TCP sessions that have not reach the
established state after 30 seconds.

The first task seems to call for TCP intercept mode, which is the default.
The second task seems to call for the command "ip tcp intercept
watch-timeout 30" which is for watch mode, AFAIK.

Appreciate any comments/views.
