OT: CCIE2BE Rack Time - Very Poor Customer Service?

Anyone else having issues with CCIE2BE.com?
 
Whether it be accessing their racks or obtaining refund
for very unreliable services?
 
I have had nothing but problems this week with either
accessing the equipment or devices crashing.
