Question on "mac-address-table static <multicast_address>..."

Hi Group,

I have this scenario.

A Cat3550 has the following interfaces in VLAN 1363:

Fa0/1 - To R1's Fa0/0
Fa0/3 - To R3's Fa0/0

R1 and R3 run EIGRP on their Fa0/0 interfaces. I'd like to prevent them from
forming neighbor with each other. Besides using VACL, the following solution
seems to work:

!
no ip igmp snooping vlan 1363
mac-address-table static 0100.5e00.000a vlan 1363 interface FastEthernet0/24
!

Where Fa0/24 is any unused/not connected port and 0100.5e00.000a is the MAC
address of the EIGRP multicast address 224.0.0.10.

However, the same solution applied to Cat3560 doesn't yield the same result.
I have to configure an ACL on the ports to deny EIGRP packets.

Anyone please help.

Thank you.

BR,
Emil
