Only the written recerts everything underneath it. The lab is just "fluff"
anyway. :)

Hmm. We'll have to wait to hear from the experts on that one. I decided it
doesn't matter, though. I did the written back in August, which did
recertify everything (had to be done manually by the support team for some
reason, though). And since I have to recertify at the CCIE level every 24
months, whether or not the lab is a recertifying event turns out to be kinda
moot.

I'll post back if it actually show up in the mail. I passed on the 5th and
the system shows it going out the door on the 11th!!

That would be a record for the plaque if it really shipped. Maybe the
grumblings were finally heard. I don't believe the lab renews lower certs
does it? I thought it was just the written that did that.

LOL, probably so Rik. Yesterday I logged into to see if my other certs had
automatically recertified (they haven't), and in my "History" section, I see
they mailed the plaque out already (how strange?). So I guess if there's
any change of heart at this point, I'll take my plaque to the interview with
me and spin some tale about why I can't be found in the verification system
(undercover CCIE or something along those lines)...

;~)

And I do so daily! Thankfully, still no change as yet...
