I notice that the date Ashu was hoping to sell is 'mid March'. Today
being the 14th Feb, it could conceivably be that has already paid for
the date but cannot attend. He would be unable to get a refund from
cisco but perhaps thought that he could sell the date onto someone else
instead. Doesn't necessarily mean he planned to make a profit from it.
Whether or not this was his idea, by now I think he must have realised
that selling a lab date is not allowed.
Perhaps we should just give him the benefit of the doubt and draw a line
under this one. Joshua seems to be due an appology, but I'm sure he
wouldn't mind if he received it direct instead of via the group.
