You need to set the correct idlepc value.

X I have a notebook which is Asus F3E, Intel core 2 due T5550 1.8 GHz,
motherboard ID2A00, and 2GB of Ram

X The cpu performance reaches 100% ,while using 2 instances. With 9
devices, and I have not yet make any routing protocols or other issues.

X I want to know what is the wrong of that notebook , and what is the
guaranteed notebook model to replace this one.
