Your config will not work for what he is asking.

For a back to back config, you need to use the same pvc on each side since
there is nothing in the middle doing the switching between 0/102 and 0/201.

You need to define an ATM switch in Dynamips:

################
# ATM SWITCH-1 #
################

  [[ATMSW ATMSW-1]]

  1:0:102 = 2:0:201

Basic configs:

R1:

interface ATM3/0.1 point-to-point
 ip address 12.12.12.1 255.255.255.0
 pvc 0/102

R2:

interface ATM3/0.1 point-to-point
 ip address 12.12.12.2 255.255.255.0
 pvc 0/201
