How to do rate-limit on physical link when there is

Hi,

Two scenerio:

1. Frame relay link from end to end, has 2 sub interfaces, each has its own
dlci, I want to limite the rate on the whole link to 100M, i.e. the combined
rate of the two dlci to be 100M.

Apply rate-limite on physical interface will do it? What is the right way to
do it?

2. Ethernet link, has two suninterface, each has its own ip address, I want
to give different percent of bandwidth to traffic on each subinterface, How
to do it?
