VRF-lite only requires configuration on the endpoints. Besides, tunnels
don't provide any real path isolation as without some form of VRF both the
tunneled and un-tunneled traffic will use the same route table.

Why dont you just tunnel their traffic with something like GRE. You can use
vrf-lite but might require you to configure this on all the routers within
the path.
