No EIGRP neighbor Adjacency, IP is fine.

Hi,

I had an issue while configuring Eigrp Neighbor, All my configs were correct
& found IP connectivity
between the 2 interfaces is working fine but EIGRP unable to form adjacency.

Finally we could figure out it was in issue with L2 mapping on FRSW where
the DLCI were mapped
to different port.

My Q is when DLCI was mapped incorrectly, How is that we were able to have
the L3 connectivity ?
