Guys,
This question is bugging me for a while. Whats the best practice to assign
the CSS - at line level or at Device level?

I have identified 2 scenario:

scenario1: MOC lab with IPMA in picture
Question: CSS_Longdistance for example, should be assigned to LINE or
device or both?
Note: CSS_longdistance has internal, 911, local, LD, IPMA partitions

scenario2: MOC lab with no IPMA in picture
Question: CSS_LongDistance for example, should we assign it to the LINE or
device or both level?
Note: CSS_longdistance has 911, local, LD, IPMA partitions

Any help appreciate....
