My guess is that you should advertise Vlan5 only, because this is what
you were asked for specifically. Regarding full reachability, you
should ask the proctor. Maybe they just want you to have the backbone
routes in your routing tables, not vice-versa (I know that this does
not make sense in real life, but hey, this is a test). If you
advertise everything to the backbone, your particular task does not
make sense.

Generally speaking, when it comes to task interpretation, my advice is
to rely heavily on the proctor.
