this is the other way around the network type is the clean solution, to
filter using ACL is really mess and you need to keep track what you filter
and what not to filter, and Passive Interface in OSPF will prevent you from
forming a neighbor relationship so if you need to be a neighbor this is not
the way to go!

the network type is the clean way to modify the OSPF operation mode on the
interface!
