BGP flap and input Q Drops & Flushes

Hello,
   I have a 6509 having EBGP neighborship with Juniper on the directly connected GIG BIT interfaces.The BGP on the 6509 flaps atleast two to three a day.The EBGP neoghborship goes down only for a 10 - 15 seconds and comes back up .I have noticed that on GIG bit interfaces there are sime input Q drops and flushes .But this is not incrmenting heavily.After changig the input Q drops on 2 GIG bit interfaces one of the interfaces has been stable for the last 40 hours and other interfaces has bounces 6 hours back.

Flow contrl is off on both the sides

There are no CRC or Colliosns

Can you advise as what can be checked further to troubleshot the issue
