the ISL is a default encapsulation the DTP only negotiate the mode of the
port not the encapsulation so you can set "sw trunk encapsulation dot" if
you want a dot1q trunk, if you do not want trunk then you can either turn
off DTP or set statically the interface to access or do both, all according
to the requirement.
