Truthfully, I was thinking of working on more CCIE
level certs after I completed the IE...

But then it does occur to me, that the time (never
mind the money) would be better spent earning a little
extra cash and working towards my own retirement
versus a stockholder somewhere...

I kind of miss my $10,000.00 per 1-2 week (nights and
weekends) juicy little projects setting up a quick
network with a file, sql-based application, backups,
mail, dns, proxy, firewall and maybe a SUS//WUS server
with a 10-20 workststations attached.

10 of these a year... versus 0 per year and paying
about $10-20k seeking higher quals...

Every once in a while ROI comes to mind and one might
want to manage a career like a business.
