That's "master architect" rumor. So far there is no official or unofficial information how CCDE "lab" will look like, apart from few interviews that were posted here sometime ago...
Panel interview sounds like a great fun, though. Nothing like convincing your "peers" that you talk common sense (underlying basic of all network design).
