Kinda funky stuff. You really need to be a design guy to be a CCIE these
days anyway. Everyone expects everything of
you as an IE. Might as well kill another year or two and knock out the
DE. That or be driven to suicide over all the studying. I sure as hell
hope that DEs
get paid a lot more than IEs, or why even bother with it.
