You can't forward it if its not chosen best path and in the route table.
You can put next-hop-self command on the EBGP peer to make the next hop
reachable then it can be forwarded to an IBGP peer if make it a
route-reflector client.
BGP picks one route to be the best path. Imagion if it picked many routes
how big the internet routing table would be?!
