Dear All,
I have a problem in one of My routers (Cisco 7206VXR (NPE-G1))
, when i enable IPv6 on the POS Interface , i found the directly connected
IP address disappear from the routing table and the following log message
appears

*"Jan 18 07:58:11.306: %IPV6-4-IDB: Interface POS3/0 state mismatch. IPv6
state is up, interface is down"*

I am running IOS version Version 12.4(18) "*c7200-js-mz.124-18.bin*" on my
router "*Cisco 7206VXR (NPE-G1)*"
I have trying changing the IOS several times with no change

The configuration of the POS Interface is as follows:

*Router#sh run int pos 3/0*
Building configuration...
Current configuration : 300 bytes
!

 encapsulation ppp
 load-interval 30
 ipv6 address 2001:1A00:ACCA:1003::2/64
 crc 32
 pos framing sdh
 pos scramble-atm
 hold-queue 1500 in
end

*Router#sh ipv6 route*
IPv6 Routing Table - 2 entries
